medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear Dennis,
Just a small point: the edition you are referring to is the editio princeps
of the "Glossa ordinaria" (by Anselm of Laon and others) :
Glossa ordinaria: Biblia latina cum glossa ordinaria: facismile reprint of
the Editio Princeps Adolph Rusch of Strassburg 1480/1, introduction by Karl
Froehlich and Margaret T. Gibson, Turnhout: Brepols, 1992, 4 vols.
Yet as I recall it, it does not include the "Postillae" by Nicholas of
Lyra, and was not an editio princeps of the latter (his Postilla litteralis
was already printed earlier in the seventies).
Kind regards,
Otfried
