BEST VALUE: survival, evolution and improvement
CPI Library and Information Policy Seminar, Stamford, Thurs 15 November 2001
The aim of the seminar is to identify current issues and concerns
surrounding Best Value inspections, to share experiences of managing BV
activities, to relate BV to Standards and Annual Library Plans, and to
debate the way forward.
A key speaker will be Brian King, Strategic Policy Adviser for Culture in
Best Value Inspection Service.
The seminar will be an opportunity to speak directly with the Inspection
