Has anyone mentioned yet (I might have missed it) Steven McGee, M.D.'s
2001 book, Evidence-Based Physical Diagnosis (W.B.Saunders)? He describes
his aim as "examining the best evidence comparing physical signs to
current diagnostic standards," and it's the first thing that came to my
mind. Worthwhile I think.
