Yes, I think you are right about the identification. I have a copy of Atlas
of tanzania, 2nd ed 1976, and everything seem to be exactly the way you
describe it.

Ämne: 'Rainfall probability' (Tanzania) : identify loose atlas plate
We have lately come into (lawful) possession of what appears to be an atlas
plate (numbered '9' outside top right corner) entitled 'Rainfall
probability' [of Tanzania], scale 1:3 000 000, copyright "Government of
the United Republic of Tanzania", col. map size 41 x 44 cm (sheet 46 x 58),
data to 1971, on verso of which are 4 columns of notes 'Rainfall' signed by
S. Nieuwolt of Dept of Geogr., Univ. of Dar es Salaam. My guess is that it
may be part of 'Atlas of Tanzania', 2nd ed., (Dar es Salaam, 1976). I've
searched (only) BL ML catalogue on CD-ROM, GeoKatalog (loose-leaf), and
direct query to Angela Sabin in SOAS Library (none of whom/whichseem possess
a copy of presumed atlas). Can anyone confirm identification, please?
