In the context of discussing an Agent Core, we might need to
consider an issue that Roland raised in an earlier note:

I'm not sure this is an urgent problem. If it were, we could consider
reactivating the old proposal to create an element "agent", of which
Creator, Contributor, and Publisher were sub-properties. Then at least
we wouldn't have to specify which element(s) were modified by (for
example) Illustrator.
