I like this suggestion ALOT. Would we even have to create new "names"
for creator and publisher in the dcq: namespace (or maybe we should
call it dct:)? Couldn't we just in effect add a triple saying that
dc:creator is a sub-property of dc:contributor? I don't like the idea
of deprecating dc:creator -- that would be tough to explain.

Hmm. Would the extra Type vocabulary correspond to a separate
vocabulary of agent elements? If not, then why would we want to
partition the Type list? I'm assuming here that the Type list is, de
facto, a declaration of the scope of the Dublin Core vocabulary.
