Looking at the marcrelator schema proposal: It seems to me, there is some problem with the use of rdfs:subPropertyOf.
(cp. [Usage Board Process, item 3.2.6] in conjunction with [http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/CR-rdf-schema-20000327/#s2.3.3]).
For Example: {['URI1' ---lcmarcrel:adaptor--> Walter]} by means of the given schema would necessarily imply
{['URI1' ---dc:creator---> Walter], ['URI1'---dc:contributor--> Walter]} by [RDFS#s2.3.3], whereas my reading
of [UBP#3.2.6] seems to imply only one clause should be there.

Wouldn't it be wise for DCMI to declare relations of it's vocabulary to others as detailed as possible?
Encoding schemes we could acknowledge in total in one go - i don't think we should do the same with refinements.

Don't think so.

They should give note in case they add something or cross the described borders.
