I agree with this suggestion. I suggest we drop the idea of
"non-conforming" for now. Also, I suggest we drop the distinction
between "registered" and "in the DCMI namespace" until the registry
itself is further along. One thing, at any rate, is clear: we are not
going to put any non-conforming things into the namespace. And we have
decided (for now) that we are not in the business of making statements
about things in other namespaces (for which "non-conforming" might have
been appropriate) -- unless Diane suggests an interesting way to
recognize the MARC relator terms.
