Bad choice of words - mine. A's *former* tomb is at
LP. During/after the French Revolution the pair,
considered to have been appropriately Republican
anti-clericals, were removed from LP to the Pere
Lachaise. But in such circumstances, as we're all
familiar with, that one can't be certain where exactly
their remains are.

Even if they're not there, the place is delicious.
They were reunited, through the good efforts of Peter
the Ven., after A's death at Saint-Marcel in Chalons.
With regard to your other posting, George, I thought
Peter the Venerable was feted the same day as the
other great abbots of Cluny. I'm glad he has a feast
of his own - and close to Christmas.
