medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Please excuse the lateness of this reply. I hope it can still be of use.
Have you checked out _The Lives of the Popes of the Early Middle Ages_ by
H.K. Mann. (1902). Reprinted by Consortium Books. 19 volumes. Begins
with Gregory the Great (590-604) and ends with Benedict XI (1303-1304).
There is also the continuation by Ludwig Pator: _The History of the Popes
from the Close of the Middle Ages. (1885) Reprinted by Consortium Books.
40 volumes.
