Discover how to get the most out of your team in:
Leading successful teams
A one day workshop on 17 May, in London
Managers, supervisors or team leaders may well find themselves having to
lead a group of staff having had no formal training in the skills required
to make a team really effective. Developing trust and teamwork, problem
solving and encouraging decision making and managing conflict are just a few
of the many issues that will be explored during this workshop aimed at
helping participants to develop a well run team.
Benefits from attending
This one-day workshop will develop participants' understanding of group
dynamics and will explore the different approaches to leading a team
effectively.
By the end of the event participants will have:
* useful tips for ensuring that they start off on the right foot with
a new team
* considered the difference between a group and a team
* explored how they can improve team communications
* discovered the leaders role when conflict erupts
* looked at how to keep team members focused and enthusiastic
* ideas for nurturing team identity and commitment
Who will benefit from attending?
Newly appointed team leaders, current teams leaders, who have no formal
training, leaders of non functioning teams, managers keen to learn team
