Seems like there is a green light here.....
I think it is important to understand that advertising is more than
"punch-the-monkey-and-win-a-million-pounds..."
Large amounts of revenue can be generated by running other kinds of
services i.e. a commission for downloading software; pay-per-search;
free-trial sign-up commission...etc. All tasteful, and useful services.
