The above conference is the first of its kind in Europe and is specifically
aimed at a public health audience. The conference will have wide appeal,
reflecting the diverse nature of public health and will be of interest to
people at the policy, information analysis and implementation levels in
health authorities and agencies, local and national government, social
services, environmental health agencies and academic institutions.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
We invite the submission of abstracts to cover topics under four main
themes:
Communicable Disease and Environmental Health
Health Needs and Health Impact Assessment
Health Care Planning and Policy
Disease Surveillance and Spatial Analysis
Please submit abstracts by email as an attached document. Typed
abstracts should be no more than 250 words. The abstract should
include:

Author(s)
Organisation(s)
Text (the text should include objectives, methods, results and
conclusions as appropriate)
Details of the main author (title; first name; last name; position;
organisation; address for correspondence; postcode;
telephone/fax/email)
Preferred presentation format (paper, poster, either).
