No, because domain names are "owned", or rented at least, so the owner
of the domain may not be happy if you associated that string with The
Beatles, and used it out of context.

Depends what I was doing with it. If I was just talking about how much
I like the Beatles, I'd say:-

:Sean :likes <#TheBeatles> .
<#TheBeatles> rdfs:comment "the popular 60's combo
called The Beatles".
i.e., just set up a proprietary URI for it, and hang some RDFS stuff
off of it.
