Patient was on a non-venturi face-mask on approx 2 litres, but therefore
percentage of FiO2 not accurate (no-one had suspected COPD and just
bunged her on some O2)

I agree -- normal ECG and neuro entirely normal 15 minutes after
removing the offending O2 supply make this unlikely.
