Boehringer are just on the point of launching their single shot thrombolysis
medication (should be out in next few months). It is a tPa related
thromboltic and will probably be about as expensive.
In the meantime there is always rapilysin (2 bolus' 30 mins apart), but
again it is expensive if you are going to use it on everyone.
