Thanks to Damien, Dave Postles (off-list), and Tom for pointing out
that England also had dioceses with more than one cathedral (Bath and
Wells, Lichfield and Coventry), and also to John for providing the
example of Valva and Sulmona. But in the examples thus given, the
cathedrals are located in different cities. In Dublin, they're about
a two minute walk from each other. Were there cities other than
Dublin that had two cathedrals in medieval Christendom?
