Learn how to get more out of your time at work in:
Using time as a tool
A one day Library Association workshop on 10 May, in London
An introductory workshop for those who have little or no knowledge of time
management theory or practice.
Benefits from attending
It will enable participants to plan their time more effectively and
therefore be more productive.
By the end of the event participants will have:
* discovered how to prioritise effectively
* learnt how to set and receive SMART goals and plan to achieve them
* identified and handled some situations which use time poorly
* an appreciation of the need for, and plan to achieve, periods of
concentrated work
* looked at using their diary as a planning tool and a time log
* explored how to form realistic daily goals
* overcome procrastination
Who will benefit from attending?
This workshop will have most relevance for those who have some control over
their own workloads. Participants are encouraged to bring their diary and
