Do you feel like you're drowing in paperwork? Then why not attend:
Managing paper
A one day workshop on 24 April, in London
For those wishing to take control of the paper they deal with, this is a
practical workshop which assumes no previous training in managing paper.
Benefits from attending
It will enable participants to reduce the amount of paper that arrives at
their desk and deal quickly and effectively with the paper they have.
By the end of the event participants will have:
* discovered how to reduce the amount of paper received to that which
is essential and relevant
* learnt how to use their diary as a planning tool to prioritise work
and achieve deadlines
* looked at how to keep a clear desk and working area, free from paper
of every kind
* tips for finding and accessing paperwork easily and quickly
* discovered how to effectively manage and control the volume of paper
they receive
* identified how to establish an effective filing system which is
easily accessible by everyone
Who will benefit from attending?
Those who feel out of control with the paperwork in and around their desk,
or those who want no paper on their desk, except for the tasks they are
working on, and to be able to find paper relating to 'live' work within 30
