The largest database on CAM therapies is MANTIS (Manual, Alternative and
Natural Therapy). It is offered both on CD-ROM and by subscription on the
web. Information can be found at:
http://www.HealthIndex.com/
NIH's NCAM (National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine)
also has a set of limits on Medline that may aid one in searching Medline.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=PubMed&orig_db=PubMed&cmd_current=Limits&pmfilter_Subsets=Complementary+Medicine
Also NCAM has a listing of other databases they suggest for CAM literature:
http://nccam.nih.gov/nccam/databases.html
Finally CINAHL (Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature)
does index some journals with CAM articles that are not indexed in MEDLINE.
I hope that this helps.
