Alexander's arms appear in color on Plate LIX (p. 270) in Fifth Centenary
of the Vatican Library 1475-1975: catalogue of the Exhibition (1975). The
color scheme should apply to the rest of the family.
Any book depicting the Borgia apartments in the Vatican also should give
his arms.
Palazzi's Fasti cardinalium, which I used frequently in my Berkeley days,
has good black & white versions of the arms of cardinals.
