RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
£16,775 - £25,213
You will join the Tyne and Wear Health Action Zone (Newcastle)
evaluation and research team, based in the Department of Epidemiology
& Public Health.
Key tasks of the post and required skills include: conduct of
evaluative research, including qualitative and quantitative data
collection and analysis, in community settings; dissemination of
research findings through presentation and publication of reports,
academic publications and non-technical summaries. You should have a
first degree in a social or health science subject. A relevant higher
degree or experience of work in the health sector would also be
advantageous. The post is tenable until 31 March 2001, in the first
instance.
