yes, the piggy does look a bit big doesnt it?, my 3 wild sows were all round
the 100kg mark and a 9 month male only weighed the same as me (65kg and I
never thought I'd get him in the car!) I was told he would have been nearly
twice that at 3years tho. (but would you want to eat a smelly old boar?)
Some of the recent 'old' breeds were certainly huge - I remember the ones we
dealt with weighed a lot more than a large man, but the bones were big too.
As for with or without offal - you can use all bar the squeal!
