Hello,
I've recently been thinking about dogs feet. Theres a well-known
theory that the size of a puppies paws indicates how large the animal will
be when its an adult. Does anyone know if this has been proven or if its
just a myth? It is plausible because the carpals and tarsals don't have
epiphyses, but I'd be interested to known if they alter with age anyway. Any
references would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Hannah O'Regan.
