While we are on the subject of counting and arbitrary categories - I have
seen what appear to be different uses of size categories in the literature
(that is, "small", "medium" and "large" seem to vary considerably in
meaning from analyst to analyst). Is there a "default value" that more
people use? Although I appreciate the value of "MAM"s (Most appropriate
methods) it is sometimes nice to have a standard.
