Hi Folks
Thanks to so many of you who replied:-
here is the list I received, I am somewhat puzzled now?
What I really wanted to get hold of is document which spells
out our legal requirements to design web sites that are
accessible/useable etc. The first URL does this quite well
with a 10 quick tips in Appendix B.
Have any others had problems getting their web designers to conform
to legislation and to stop doing all bells and whistles on their
macromedia flash sites etc...? In defence most of our own staff
web authors do comply with the regulations and design considerations,
unfortunately it's when work gets given to External Design Companies
who presumably need to to show off their expertise and justify their fees
by putting all sorts of "exiting add ons etc"
Does anyone have a policy document on this which I could use to
expand our current document please?
