Dear All,

    You are cordially invited to the 1st GridPP Collaboration Meeting,
to be held at Cosener's House on May 24/25th. Three items follow:
1. GridPP document
2. Draft Agenda
3. GridPP teamwork
with an appended registration form, to be returned by Thursday 3rd May,
if possible.

==================
1. GridPP document
==================

An updated version is kept in
http://ppewww.ph.gla.ac.uk/~doyle/GridPP/GridPP.htm
(Microsoft's less than valiant attempt at conversion to html)
and
http://ppewww.ph.gla.ac.uk/~doyle/GridPP/GridPP.doc
This is currently version 10.0 with changes marked in the properties of
the .doc file.

==================
3. GridPP teamwork
==================
  The key players who are reporting on activities in their areas are:

                            Roger Jones

            Dave Newbold Andy McNab Nick Brook

  Dave Colling Alex Martin Robin Middleton Themis Bowcock

                  Dave Kelsey    Pete Clarke

                           Les Robertson

As you can see we're playing a 4-4-2 formation with a Dissemination
striker up front. The attack addresses goal-scoring opportunities in
the Prototype Grid, Software Support and Experimental Objectives areas.
A strong mid(dleware)field covering Workload Management, Information
Services and Data Management, Monitoring Services, Fabric Management
and Mass Storage builds on a Security and Network minded defence.
Goalkeeping duties ably performed by CERN.

   Please field your questions/problems/solutions via this team.

            Thanks, Tony
