I would recommend the Internet. I just entered the phrase BRESLOW-DAY in an
arbirtrary
search engine and it came back with 235 hits. One of those should be
helpful. In a nutshell the
Breslow-Day Test is used to determine the degree of similarity of odds
ratios, that is, the ratio of the
odds of an event in an experimental group to the odds of an event in a
control group (see
http://statsoft.nih.gov/training/crsnotes/html/freqcat/tsld155.htm and the
associated slide show).

Has any one come across a statistical test called BRESLOW-DAY
TEST.
