Dear Ken:
I have spm99 running on matlab6 and 5.3 under windows 2000. I have also run
spm99 under matlab5.3 on windows 98. There were no modifications necessary
other than the usual updates posted by John. I also recompiled the binaries
using cygwin and the mingw libraries though that took a bit of fussing.
However you should be able to run the binaries provided with no difficulty.
