Dear Yasmene:
Can you be more specific about why you are transferring the files to MEDX
and back. Perhaps that really is the source of your problem. There are also
debugging commands available in matlab that will help you get more
information. Before you start an analysis type at the matlab prompt dbstop
if error. Once the error occurs, matlab should now enter the debugger
rather than just crash out of the routine. You should be able to tell what
line appears to be at fault. Look over the matlab documentation on
debugging for more commands and then let the list know.
Oh and your right it is a conspiracy... to have people use software that is
open, extendible and sound in principle. Anyway if the spm folks were able
to solve my problems, they can solve anyone's. good luck and get some rest.
