Now this is an interesting question: do we think that this capitalist
sort of need to recoup costs is more important than the "market
forces" reasoning which must surely say that you don't get involved in
a market where there are players operating at a 100% reduction on your
costs? Free software is an emotive issue in both ways and people
often ignore part of it to reach their conclusion.

Surely they are already rewarded? But you're right, HE funding is
another can of worms and I'm uncertain what view RadStats would take
on the current proposals. I see the "Education" heading on the
website is currently empty.
