Sorry, but to me as a native speaker the German words in this text do not
make sense.
As far as I know, the word "Aufklärungskrieg" does not exist in the German
language. Of course it is allowed to coin it. Then, however, you must know
that in military contexts "Aufklärung" means "reconnaissance" and not
"enlightenment".
"Verklärte" ist rather archaic and means "transfigured" or "glorified". The
negation after it should be "Nein" instead of "Nicht".
