Steve,
Some wonderful examples that I've never heard of before. Would you be able
to send me hard copies of these (or email of the authors) and the others in
your top 10 or 20 and I'll work on putting them on-line for others. Steve,
would love to see more descriptions of papers to the list. Then at least
we can work towards on-line availability of serious theoretical resources
for our work. Anyone else?
