Apologies for cross-posting
Just in case any one else is getting these..
I've had messages from several different countries and addresses recently
which have the identical text:
'Hi! How are you?
I send you this file in order to have your advice
See you later. Thanks'
The attached file is a virus- dont open it! Its been a difficult one as the
wording is rather like a genuine enquiry.
The first time I got one and was told by our IT folk it had a virus, I
replied to the sender and explained I couldnt open the file for this reason,
and asked them to send me the content of their enquiry in the text of the
email. They didnt reply.
My IT helpdesk has checked 3 emails with this text from different
addressesand they are all infected- he has advised to 'ditch the lot'.
