Mieko,
Glasgow first experienced this problem in early November. The Helpdesk freed
the locked payfiles for us at that time. As the problem was not fixed within
a few days, we tried posting in Millennium which worked fine, and we've been
using this ever since. We've had an outstanding call since beginning of Dec
for the patch bundle to be installed.

Subject: Posting problems
We've just had our first case of Release 2001 posting problems (a
known issue for which there is a fix in the latest patch bundle). Has
anyone experienced this? Did you have to get the helpdesk to free the
locked payfile? I have opened a call but wonder if there is anything
we can do ourselves. The terminated job is no longer listed so I cannot
restart the terminal.
