Leeds struggled with a similar scenario and used the "bib" option plus the
request rule file. You will need to specify in the latter that copies are not
requestable if they have a status of "-". I think that was the major
complication that we managed to get around, though you need to look
closely at what happens if you also have an order record on the title
(exclude them too in some manner if the order has been fulfilled).
I'm happy to discuss the details further off the list, but thought the concept
of using the request rule file as an alternative way of generating something
similar to "denyifavail" might be of more general interest.
