Hello,
FLIRT seems to be a really hot topic right now... I've been trying to
accomplish something with it, which I already knew was going to be quite
tricky. I've been trying to register my stack of two subvolumes into high
resolution volume. My further goal is then to register this volume to a
second high resolution volume, but I'm not there yet. Anyway, as I followed a
very recent flirt-discussion (Martin), I could get some kind of registration,
but I was not completely happy with it.
I have:
-124 sagittal high-resolution slices with FOV 220, matrix 175x256, slab 180
-sub-volume -stack: 3 slices, 4 padding slices for the gap, 2 slices, FOV
240, 128x128, slice 3mm.
Should I reslice the hires into axials? I know FSL can do magnificent job,
but I also know that might be unsafe to register too few slices...
With best regards,
Pasi Tuunanen
