Call for Papers – A Session on Peter Greenaway in IAPL2002

Conference Topic: INTER-MEDIA-L-I-TIES
- articulated in the interdisciplinary context of literature, visual arts,
theater and film, intermedialities are also linked to debates around media
literacy, multimedia, and interactivity in new media technologies.
Philosophically, the ‘inter’ is concerned not only with interdisciplinary
approaches in the arts and visual cultures, but also with multicultural
commitments in politics and ethics.
Major Invited Speakers: Peter Greenaway, Luce Irigaray, Jean-Luc Nancy

- This session will be on June 8th.
- Any topic on Greenaway’s works (films, exhibitions, etc.) is welcomed.
Any comparative (or inter-media) approach is also welcomed.
- Please submit proposal to the session organizer with explanation of
interest and knowledge of the topic. Deadline for submission will be
October 25th, 2001.
- Accepted participants will send full paper to organizer no later than
March 1st, 2002.
