Last July, after the release of a number of technology-related country
rankings and indices, I complained that, as useful as the rankings
were, they rarely included anything but developed countries. As a
result, it was impossible to tell how developing countries measured up
in terms of technology, and how wide the global digital divide really
was.
A new report from McConnell International goes some way towards
rectifying this problem.
