Dear WinBugs users,
I would like to announce three Winbugs applications, which I have posted
together with documentation on our Website
(http://www.sti.unibas.ch/biomet.htm about half way down the page).
1. A latent class model for non-parametric resolution of a two
component
mixture, with a training set available for one component
2. Two-state Hidden Markov Model with covariates
3. A non-linear regression model with Poisson errors in both x and y.
These are all models with important applications in our work in malaria
epidemiology, however I believe they would probably be useful in a much
wider set of applications.
We would very much appreciate any feedback from users or potential users
of these applications.
