We have adapted our (Wescor) method to measure sweat sodium and chloride on
the Vitros and I believe if you performed a literature search that other ISE
instruments have been adapted as well. However, if you use the 'traditional'
Gibson and Cooke method you will have difficulties as the concentration of
sweat analytes is diluted way below the analytical sensitivity of ISE
instruments during the elution process.
