One of our paediatricians has asked if we can get a urine leukotriene E4 assay for a child with suspected hyperimmunoglobinaemia D and periodic fever syndrome.
No sign of it in Assayfinder. Does anyone know of a UK lab with this assay? I would be very grateful for any help.
