I'm (hopefully) innocent on this as I set up a rule for an out of office
message only for messages addressed to me and no-one else.
But I knew how to suspend mail when we were in mailbase and couldnt find it
in jiscmail instructions- do you have to leave completely then join again?
Bit of a carry-on, especially as some of the lists I am on are closed.

And while I'm in full-on rant mode, there's also a place in my virtual
tumbril for people who set up out of office replies when they go on holiday
without unsubscribing from their lists. I belong to several lists and
lis-medical is by far the worst for this.
