You are right. I get exactly the same problem with "Brain".
It is just caused by a badly formed "meta" HTML statement
on the redirect page. Presumably the same thing will apply
to many or all OUP journals delivered by HighWire Press
software.
I expect that they will correct it soon, but if not then
it is simple to copy the correct URL (as stated on the redirect
page) and then go to that.
