The response from a standards point of view would be that the monument would
be indexed with all the appropriate terms that apply.
What this implies is that adoption of the standard we are discussing assumes
that the users system is designed to allow multiple indexing (ie that there
is a one to many relationship between the 'monument data' and 'status
data').
All of which will need to be included in the 'compliance guide' that will
accompany the standard.

There are cases where the "building" is both a SM and a LB, sometimes parts
of the same Monument eg the occupied sections of Usk Castle are Listed the
unoccupied are schuled, sometimes all the Monument.
