i run a site http://www.plugincinema.com that is about
filmmaking on the internet...this is really about
independent production, there is a book list there that you
may find useful. Bolter and Gruisin's Remediation is a
really interesting read but more about the academic impact
of new media etc.
if you want stuff about the impact for hollywood look up
pop.com, atomfilm etc. it has been pretty documented in the
news recently.
