The edit was basically the words that I cited the two versions of in
the section on the PRESENT intrinsic in c13.
But yes, it looks like you found another place that assumed the other
answer. (I would have given the opposite answer to the interp myself,
but apparently I either was in the minority or thought differently
then; afraid I don't recall for sure.)
