THe BNP can be assayed by holding a bye-election in Oldham.
Problems with the assay are non-specific rioting [paedophilia related], and a high dose hook effect where the police compensation takes all of the council budget leading to an increase in deprivation and decrease BNP votes. Gerrymandering by importation of asylum seekers can also affect the result :-)
