I agree entirely: DATA PULL DOES NOT WORK.
If it relies on me remembering to go to a web site, I will definitely fail to bother as there are always 200 other things I can think of that are more important. IF the case arrives in a batch of email to process then it will be commented upon.

Sorry to be negative, but this does not appeal.
I have dozens of 'interesting' web sites bookmarked on my browser
but I cannot find the time to visit them.
I prefer to stick with plain text mail-lists and newsgroups, where
it is easy to check all the correspondence.
