Does anyone know the lowest detection limit (functional sensitivity) of the
Roche Cardiac T Qunatitative assay used with the Cardiac Reader? It is not
clearly stated on the manufacturer's insert, but the figures presented seem
to suggest 0.05 ng/ml.
Since the POC Cardiac Reader is much less precise than the laboratory
Elecsys method, it is more difficult to acertain minimal elevation of TnT
(<0.1 ng/ml).
Any experience with the Cardiac Reader beyond the evaluation stage is also
welcomed.
